However, because each puzzle is one-of-a-kind, we can't replace missing pieces that happen over the course of ownership. So please watch those crafty dogs, kids, and couch cushions! Also, keep in mind that Wander Puzzles wooden jigsaw puzzles may have some very small pieces, so they're not for kids under 3.
US Stock puzzles will be shipped within a day. Allow 2-5 days of transit time.
The personalized puzzles will be made to order. Once you upload your picture and check out, you will receive your awesome puzzle within 12-30 days.
All other puzzles will deliver within 12-20 days.

Are the puzzles easy to put together ?
Yes! These are great puzzles for the family and the fact that each piece is unique makes them more fun (and a bit easier) to put together!
How thick are the pieces?
Most are 3MM thick and the quantity of the puzzle pieces depends on the type of puzzle and size ordered!
How long is shipping?
We have a collection of puzzles stocked in Kansas, USA. These usually would be 3-6 days in the continental USA. We also offer other collections drop shipped from the manufacturing ware house. These would have a 12-30 days of transit time.
What ages do you recommend the puzzles for ?
We recommend for adults and teens over 13 years or putting them together as a family for 10 years and up. The pieces can be a choking hazard for small children.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order isn't already being processed, then yes, we can cancel your order. Email us that you want your order canceled (please include the order number) and we'll cancel it if we can and give you a full refund.
What kind of wood do you use?
We use formaldehyde-free basswood plywood which is sustainably harvested in FSC-certified. It is graded to European standards and is 3mm thick, which is slightly less than 1/4".
Can I change the shipping address on an order I already placed?
